If something doesn't work out, here are our policies on returning or swapping it out.

Apparel

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

All sale items are final sale.

PUNKWASP is not responsible for return shipping fees and these fees will be deducted from the refund total. 

As our clothing is limited edition and made in small batches, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you would like to exchange your item, please return it and purchase the item you would like. Your return and refund will be processed once received.

Jewelry 

We do not accept returns for jewelry, however we accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the piece.

Please note: Custom jewelry orders are non-refundable.

Repairs: If a beaded piece breaks, we'll happily restring as long as you are able to collect most of the pieces and pay for shipping. Please send us a note to request a repair.

All fine art prints, stickers, one of a kind items, and custom jewelry orders are final sale.
